I had a terrible experience while working for this chain of dental offices , Dr Dommaraju simply isn’t much of a nice person he is always looking for a way to feel superior and it is very hard to work with and get along, he has a very terrible demeanor towards people and patients in general, I would advise anyone against thinking about becoming a patient for this Chain

Tenia Dentistry assistant Has had great customer service she was very patient with me answering all my questions she was giving detailed every time she was going to do my X-ray and cleaning my teeth and she went out her way explaining how to properly take care my teeth I really appreciate she didn’t make me feel embarrassed she was warm and happy to help me. Extremely professional and efficient, Dr. Based and his staff was able to schedule my appointment in a timely manner along with ensuring me and my son was taken care of.

I called this office the day prior confirming that they offer walk-in appointments from 7:30 am to 10 am. The next morning, I arrive and there’s a sign posted saying "No walk-in appointments." I waited for over an hour just to see if maybe the sign was from the previous day and that perhaps they were running late that morning. Eventually, I figured they were closed for good for the day, and I later found out they were booked until the end of the month for appointments. The voicemail even says they’re open Mon-Fri for walk-in appointments in that time frame. Would not recommend this office.
