Salud Family Dental Center

The dentists are good. They’re very nice and professional unlike the women they have working reception. Those girls never call back and then when you finally reach them they have attitudes. NEVER FAILS. Ew, they’re not even all that to be having those types of attitudes. Do better! The dental assistants are okay, my fav one is one of the guys (can’t remember his name) but he’s nice and professional!

If your looking for a dentist for your kids do not go to salud family dental in Burbank , I took my son there before and I thought okay this place is decent. However I took my daughter (and granted she’s not the best patient because she’s scared) and Dr. Asim Ansari was beyond rude. First of all I would think a family dental place would know how to work with kids. She didn’t want to do x-rays and the girls weren’t even really trying to explain it to her or calm her down. One was nice and offered to hold her hand but then they just said it’s okay and put the machine away. Then came the cleaning she was fidgeting a bit and trying to close her mouth a few times but they did clean her teeth. The dentist then comes in and he looks at her teeth and he goes help her clean the back of her mouth and my daughter goes I do and he goes “I’m not talking to you” very rudely and then goes I have 3-4 year olds getting X-rays and sealants and she’s 7 and can’t handle X-rays or teeth cleaning so we can’t help her anymore you need to go to a pediatric dentist. At this point I’m mad that he’s dismissing her and I say come on to my daughter and I walk to the front. I said I need the paper for school so I didn’t completely waste my time here and the lady at the front goes they didn’t do anything - I said they did the cleaning she goes we have to ask the doctor . He comes back fills out the paper and goes to the lady don’t schedule her here again, I laughed and said are you kidding me , you think I would ever want to come back and have her see you again? And he walked away. My daughter left crying so hard - if your a “family” dental place you should know how to deal with kids and not write them off and so rudely about it !!!!!

I called to schedule an appointment 2+ weeks ago. I asked the person scheduling the appointment to verify that my insurance was accepted. She confirmed that it was 3 separate times during the call. I am now being told (2 days before the appointment) that she made a mistake because "sometimes they aren’t fimiliar" with the front desk. So unprofessional, this office needs to do better!!

First time there are had a great experience. Was really scared to get my wisdom teeth removed. But they made me feel comfortable and next thing i know they were done. Amazing job.

I wish I can give them a higher rating! The whole staff is so friendly and they make you feel very comfortable. I can’t say enough about the Doctors, they are all very caring and they do indeed make you feel like family
