I called this specific location and asked for an appointment for a root canal for a tooth I had previously had work on at this location. The dentist gave me a filling and told me eventually I would need a root canal. Keep in mind I’ve had appointments at this location at least 5 times. I was given the earliest appointment just to arrive and be told they DO NOT offer root canals at this location. Please be aware that this location just wants to give you an appointment so you can come in so they can bill your insurance. The dentist I saw was very kind and the assistant was kind as well. The receptionist is EXTREMELY RUDE!

Horrible customer service, if you have an appointment scheduled please prepare to be seen an hour after your original scheduled time .The waiting area is so small with only 4 chairs to sit in. The assistant was very rude, had the audacity to tell me that my son should have stood home because of his mild cough. Which I agree but she could have delivered that concern in a friendlier way, her delivery was so rude and made me so uncomfortable as she’s shaking her head in-front of my child and I explaining her concern. I even proposed to reschedule his appointment for another day and she said oh he should be fine. Soooooo then why mention it !!!

Dr Perez and his assistance was so nice. Him and his assistance were very informative in letting me on what they were doing to my tooth step by step. Him and his assistance kept asking me if I was alright while dr. Perez was workingon my tooth. That make feel like they care about patients. They also has good music and the office smells really good

This is hands down the best dental office I’ve been to in a long time. Stephanie and Delia are great assistants and are always very friendly they also do a good job keeping the place clean and smelling fresh. I definitely will recommend this place to friends and family. 🦷👍

Dr.Perez is the best dentist! He cares for his patients and always does a great job cleaning my family’s teeth. His assistants Stephanie and Delia are awesome as well! I would definitely recommend anyone looking for dentist to come see Dr. Perez.
