One of the worst experiences I have ever had. Was experiencing jaw pain and after my first visit the Dr said he wanted to refer me to someone who specializes in this. Once my jaw pain was fixed I was supposed to come back for further dental work. I never received my referral. Called 5 times and after each call they told me they would talk to the doctor and get the referral sent right over. Each time they lied and never sent it. Finally I gave up after they essentially ghosted me. Staff clearly has no care for customers and now I have been sitting with pain for an extra 2 weeks without ever receiving a referral. I have seen others with a similar issue so clearly this is a pattern.

As an adult patient whose teeth shifted after having braces in middle school, I was apprehensive to start the ortho journey. I tried Invisalign in the past through my dentist, noting it was not the right treatment style for me, and I am so glad I was referred to Gold Coast Orthodontics for other treatment options. The office is clean, the employees are friendly, their treatment plans are transparent, the technology and equipment are modern, their appointment schedule is flexible, appointment start times are prompt, and Dr. Huang himself is a fantastic ortho partner/advocate to have on your side. I decided to move forward with lingual braces and while the process itself was not always the most comfortable (it’s braces after all) and treatment went longer than initially estimated, I always knew "why" and understood what was next to keep things moving in order to achieve my desired result. Three months post-removal + one retainer check later, I am very grateful for my experience with Gold Coast Orthodontics and I would recommend this office (for all ages)!

BEST experience ever!!! The Dr himself and the entire staff were all SO nice starting with my first phone call to them squeezing me in same day to the appointment itself and me popping back in. I cannot even begin to thank them enough from the bottom of my heart! They were wonderful with their work but also so incredibly kind! Especially with me being a nervous nelly due to a problem from a different ortho office. Look no further, you have found your place! This group is BEYOND amazing!!!
