Dr. Smith and his staff are very polite, but there is always a major wait and the work is rushed due to intentional overbooking of clients. I had the same filling fall out TWICE after being filled. The first time he filled it for free - but it just fell out again. I am beyond frustrated and hope there is some recourse for this.
