This is the worst dentist I have even been to. I wanted to support them because they are black owned and in my community. I have been going to then for a few years now. They are always overbooked and understaffed which means if your appointment is at 1pm you're not leaving till about 4 - 4:30pm. On top of that I have been trying to get a deep cleaning through them since January. With my insurance I have to get authorization first that the dentist is supposed to send off to my insurance. For whatever reason they have NOT sent off my authorization even though I keep bugging them about it. Now here we are going into April and I still can not get a deep cleaning through them because my authorization STILL has not been sent off and they refuse to do anything to accommodate a mistake they continue to make . This place is the worst!!!!!! I don't know how they ended up with a four as they're rating cause it should be no stars at all! If you value your time this is not the place for you!
