This is my alias account but I am a patient. I absolutely love the atmosphere and the staff are always very friendly and helpful. Dr. Ashley is very kind and professional. Also, I love the music selection the office plays! Customer service seems to be a rare skill nowadays that people possess. It’s great that your office is committed to professionalism!

The absolute best establishment! From my very first call to schedule my sons consultation. We walked in for a consultation for a care plan and walked out with braces! This has been a very great experience, the staff are friendly and professional. I just love Jenny she’s dope. Dr. Ashley is freaking Anazing. I’m happy I was referred to this location my son is happy and was talking and joking around with the staff which means everything to me!!! Hands down the best🫶🏾

It makes really sad that I cannot give them a 5 star review because Dr. Eric Barnes and Dr. Ashley Barnes are amazing. The reason for my 3 stars is because of the staff. I took my son to the office for treatment. He had an underbite which was corrected with braces in this office. Now that all his adult molars came in, he is ready for the second phase of ortho. I have called twice to schedule a consultation so we can begin treatment and both times I have been told that I would receive a call back same day but never received it. The first time I gave them 2 weeks to return my call. When it wasn’t returned, I called again and explained that I had previously called to schedule and no one returned my call. The lady who answered apologized and told me that I would receive a call back same day once she spoke to the dentist. This Friday will be 3 weeks since I’ve tried getting an appointment for a consultation and no luck. I work in a general dental office and this is unacceptable. I will be looking for a new ortho office closer to me since I can’t even get my son in for his appointment. It saddens me because I was really happy with the dentist.

Braces by Barnes staff including both Dr. Barnes were very professional and down to earth at the same time. They made me feel comfortable and confident about my braces. The process was detailed from consultation to every visit. Well worth the review.

I’m not sure why they only have 4.7 stars, because they definitely deserve 5 stars. The environment is amazing. Everyone is friendly which makes your experience even better. You feel more at home then at a dental appointment. The facility is very clean and the staff is just amazing. The prices are affordable, an they work with you with no hassle. My mouth was shaped like a horse because how far my teeth stuck out an now my mouth is shaped like a human mouth. Lbvs. I refer them to everyone looking to get corrections. If your looking for a place to call your orthodontist to home, stop looking an join the Barnes family.
