Pluses: He’s quick to respond to emergencies and is adaptable. It’s hard to find someone who responds as promptly as they do. I called on a Sunday afternoon and had an appointment on Monday morning. Minuses: his bedside manner is brusque and rushed. He doesn’t explain procedures or decisions and didn’t even warn me when he was going to inject me with numbing agent. They also have no price transparency or true clarity in post visit care. I’m lucky I have decent dental insurance so it wasn’t too costly. I might choose to go somewhere else if it wasn’t an emergency.

Dr. Pressler was super cool, nice, and reassuring. They took me in for an emergency wisdom tooth extraction when i couldn’t find an appointment anywhere. He also reset my bridge that fell out and added posts the same day. Probably the best dental experience I have ever had.

Dr. Pressling is my hero. I was very worried about several teeth and bone problems and he solved the problems a with an acute knowledge of the importance of cosmetic aesthetics. My teeth look wonderful, thanks to Dr. Pressling. I am grateful. He’s the best. Pam

You know, today i had a tooth extraction the service of my amazing dentist was so great! We chatted we shared some laughs. He was soooo fast and the removal was just a pure positive experience . But (excuse my language) there’s this effing extremely rude Hispanic lady that works the front desk who will talk to you extremely ridiculous like, where did they teach you customer service! Please do not show up or book to be disrespected by someone who will not think twice about how they are speaking to you. I’ve been a patient, my partner has been a patient for a while and I was even considering if taking my child there once he had his teeth show up. My partner referred me here because his experience with the dentist was great, but this lady really turned me off. It only takes one horrible experience to change how you view a place, because to know that they hired someone like that!? To disrespect you and let the entire waiting-room know your entire business, is definitely something to question. I will be calling in to the office manager and file a formal complaint. Please do not go, seriously, in the presence of this lady, she will sour your entire day.

Saw this dentist in the end of 2019 for an emergency root canal. I was anxious, and scared, and without insurance. It felt very rushed, very pushy, and nothing was explained until I asked twice. After the 5 minute exam they literally tried to numb me without me signing anything, really agreeing or understanding, or being quoted a price This place is the root of my dental anxiety. Do you see that lip on the edge? Yeah. Not how its supposed to look. Fast forward barely three years. The entire tooth underneath is decayed because the crown didn’t fit properly. Extremely disappointed to learn that the trauma I endured at this dentist didnt even last 3 years, caused irreversible damage, and also cost 3.5k the first time, not to mention the 2.5k to fix his mistakes. If you have the choice to go elsewhere, do.
