I love Dr. Asay and his team! They always make me feel very comfortable. I’m giving this office 3 stars because of the receptionist, Barb. She has made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable on multiple occasions but today, I was tired of it and decided to post a review. She constantly will say passive comments when I schedule appointments or come into the office. “Will you actually be making it to your appointment?” Or today, “Oh we weren’t sure if you were going to show up” and many more comments that have been said. Given, I have missed appointments and I am happy to pay the no show fee for the doctor/assistants time - I will own up to this. But it’s very unprofessional to make someone feel bad for missing an appointment and constantly hold it over their head. I work as a receptionist also and I would never act this way towards a patient. I have a job and many things going on in my life, things happen. I’ve noticed similar reviews but I guess nothing has changed with her. I would give 5 stars if it wasn’t for her poor customer service.

I really enjoyed my experience with the team at Chisholm Dental!! The office was super clean and had a very strict Covid policy, which I appreciate!! The staff was warm and inviting. I had not been in to the dentist in a while due to having a baby and Covid, so I was nervous to find a new dentist. I just moved here so it was my first time at this office. I didn’t feel judged but encouraged to come more regularly and they very nicely pointed out areas that need more attention. I would recommend to anybody:)

So grateful for Dr. Asay and his staff. I don’t think anyone enjoys going to the dentist but he and his staff are very knowledgeable and have excellent communication skills. They were able to very thoroughly diagnose the (numerous) issues and help me understand and prioritize the work that I need to have done. They also fit me in on short notice and I felt listened to and understood when explaining my pain and concerns. I also love that they are actively engaged in service such as treats for our troops overseas. Thank you for being exceptional. I highly recommend Dr. Asay and the staff at Chisholm Trail Dental.

Had my first visit yesterday and what a great experience! Jackie did a phenomenal job explaining all the processes and going over the x-rays and cool photos they take of your teeth. Very thorough and a great experience. Dr. Mike came in after the cleaning and provided some additional explanations and touched on some things to work on and pay attention to. I would highly recommend Chisholm Trail Dental for anyone in Round Rock looking for a dental practice!
