Told me I had gum disease and needed a series of $400 treatments - up to 4 in one year. Got a second opinion and my gums/teeth were fine. A great example to do your research! Staff is friendly enough, but they don’t answer the phone.

I went in as a first time patient and was given a treatment plan that would cost me approximately $1500.0 for deep cleaning. After thinking that seemed high, I went to another dentist for a second opinion who told me that my measurements were nowhere near what would be qualified and approved through insurance to justify SPR. Also incorrect about cavities. Would not recommend or trust. Look for a second opinion if you are able to.

I’ve been a patient with Elite Dental for almost 12 yrs! Through the yrs, I’ve had several procedures (deep cleans, fillings, root canals etc). My experience with the staff (both front, and dentists) has always been courteous and professional! I would certainly recommend their services to anyone in the surrounding area requiring dental work

I was a patient for many years with Elite. I thought the dentist was very professional and sweet. I was blinded by a hidden cost for a mouth guard that I don’t even wear because it is too tight. Lost out hundreds of dollars. I overlooked that as miscommunication and fault on my part. The $75 rescheduling fee is morally corrupt, especially when one has a true emergency. Which mind you, they send reminders months in advance, or an hour before your appointment. Feels likes a scam. One dentist in particular is great, but management is very, very poor. Read the reviews: turnover is high, communication is poor, charges are absurd and somewhat blinding, and dental care is mediocre as you never know which doctor you’re getting. If you’re a private paying customer, you are better off taking your business somewhere else where you feel respected and not used.
