Root Canal 4Dr Van is so wonderful! She handled my anxieties with so much care, it made a huge difference in what is already a very intense procedure. The front desk staff were super communicative about the costs up front. The office is very comfortable and spa-like and free parking in a very busy neighborhood is the icing on the cake.

I visited Lakeview Endodontics for the second time today and had a fantastic experience both times. My regular dentist referred me here a few years ago for a root canal and I was impressed with the quality of service. I had another root canal done today (different tooth) and had to write a review. Their front desk staff are all lovely to work with. The endodontist himself and the other technicians who helped me are all lovely and personable. They even offered me a soft blanket to keep me warm. I was so comfortable the whole time. Root canals get a reputation for being horrible and painful, but this office makes every effort to make you comfortable. I even visited my favorite garden center right after my appointment and apart from the numbness, I felt perfectly normal. Make sure to get the gentle wave therapy if offered. My dentist swears by it and it makes a big difference in tooth healing. I have genetically bad tooth enamel, so I’m thankful for this office and their care!! Editing to add I have seen Dr. Cheng both times and would recommend him to anyone.

Had excruciating pain and per general dentist needed root canal ASAP. Lakeview endodontics squeezed me in same day! The staff was so attentive and professional. When you walk in the office has a spa like feel. The front desk staff are warm and friendly. Dr. Van is a true professional and explained all steps thoroughly. I am highly sensitive to pain and she made 100% sure I was fully numb before beginning the RCT. Her assistant Tiana was extremely knowledgeable and kind. I can not say enough about this practice—-it was worth the drive!!! The practice also has patient parking available in back of the building. 10/10 I don’t plan on having future root canals but should it come to that only coming to see Dr. Van! You and your staff are angels 😇

I needed an emergency root canal, and my dentist referred me to Lakeview Endodontics. Aside from being deeply grateful for how quickly they were able to fit me into their extraordinarily busy day, they provided excellent patient care. Assistants and the receptionist were thoughtful, but the doctors were also wonderful - Dr Van actually called me in to let me know I could be seen that day and Dr Cheng performed the surgery. It’s definitely a hands on medical team and you’re left feeling like they care (and they also know what they’re doing). Also super clean and up to date with technology. For a painful experience (re: I needed an emergency root canal) they made it the best experience possible.

I came here for my first root canal, and I felt very well cared for under Dr. Van. Dr. Van thoroughly explained why the procedure was necessary and what to expect during and after the procedure. She checked in with me at each step to make sure I felt comfortable and understood what was going on. At the end of the procedure, she and the dental assistant took time to carefully review x-rays to ensure the procedure was effective. I am grateful for the peace of mind I have having gone with this provider.
