Place is very clean and tidy . Staff is super friendly and is always there to help you. I felt very welcome even in the first few seconds of stepping into the office. All the staff members were very nice, so organized, and extremely friendly. The atmosphere created in the office by the staff members was very happy and welcoming. I can say that I truly loved this place and have never been to an orthodontist office as amazing as this one. Appointments always on time. Staff is super friendly. Always receiving reminders for appointments. Responding fast. Highly recommend. Most important always on time, place is very clean, people are friendly. Great job.

Took my son in to get his braces this morning and they did a wonderful job! He was very nervous before we got there. But the professionalism and explanation of the entire team was awesome! I’m so happy that I chose to go to this orthodontist.

Beautiful
Always very friendly, clean and just welcoming! First visits Speaking with the Dr. made me feel well informed and very comfortable as a first time person getting braces. Schedule to get my ties changed and Juana was very professional and was the nicest person explaining the process and purpose of the ties and timeframe to change them out. Really appreciate her recommendations and how sweet she was. Definitely recommending Palos Orthodontist.. Drs and staff are AMAZING!!!

Our most recent visit was for our youngest child who will be needing orthodontics in the near future. We keep coming back to Palos Orthodontics because of the excellent service and friendly staff. They always communicate to us what the treatment plan is and what future progress will look (& feel!) like . Any changes in treatment plans are thoroughly explained and I feel like they genuinely care about my kid’s smile. I recommend them to anyone who asks.
