Nicorata Dental

Dr Nicorata (the son) and his entire staff have exceed our expectations in every aspect. Professional, friendly, informative, just very kind people. I tend to ask a lot of questions, he kindly & patiently answers in detail, works gently & makes sure the patient is always comfortable .I do believe we found the gem of all dentists and are very grateful. His assistant (Megan I think?) is just the absolute sweetest & most professional too. We once needed emergency dental advice on a Saturday night. I apparently had some feature blocking anonymous calls on my phone so I missed the call, but the next day I realized I had a few missed calls & voicemails, turns out Dr Nicorata returned my call immediately, to help! What Dr cares that much to call after hours, on a weekend, multiple times?! None I’ve ever met. Thanks so much Nicorata dental!

Receptionist has always been so rude and condescending. After one missed appointment in years, she wanted to charge me $100. No empathy, just rudely commented how I didn’t even care to call. I said I’d pay all professional services and not anything extra. And I’d find someone else if it’s a big deal because she was so rude. Well, she told me they don’t work that way, good luck, and hung up. So, good luck to others. Nice to know years of returning mattered zero.

I’ve been to many dentist and Nicorata Dental is the first time I was not spoken to condensendingly. They spoke to me as if I was an intelligent human being. In my experience, I think there are many dentists that could learn a lesson about chair-side manners from this office. As far as their work, it is always done to high standards. My teeth are much more healthy thanks to Nocorata dental.

I was recommended to this dentist earlier this year hoping to finally find an honest dentist. One of the first things I asked (several times) was if they took my insurance and they kept assuring me that they did. I went in once for an initial cleaning and then came back three weeks later for a filling. During that time they did not mention once that they did not take my insurance. I am now left with a hefty bill that I have to pay out of pocket, after just 2 routine visits. The overall service was average.

Very sweet and well informed staff. Nice cool and clean atmosphere and all the people make you feel comfortable even when you are so scared of the dentist like I am.
