Everyone at the dentist office makes you feel extremely welcome. They take precautions to keep everyone safe and healthy. They answer any questions I have. I had been with my previous dentist office for 30 years and was nervous to go somewhere else. Dr. Renieris was recommended to me by a co-worker but I was still concerned about the experience I might have. My mind was put at ease as soon as I walked in. The hygienist was ready for me and explained everything she would do. Meeting Dr. Renieris for the first time was very pleasant and continues to be that way every time I come in. The receptionist is very friendly and helpful. I would recommend Dental Masters to friends and family.

Everyone at this office is great. They greet you with a warm, welcoming smile. They treat you like family, and are such a truly caring group. I never liked going to the dentist as a child/adult, but Dental Masters of Ravenswood completely changed my view and fear of dentists. I highly recommend!!

I love this place best by far. I’m no longer scared to go to the dentist. I thought I did a review when i was here in March but i guess life got busy for me. If you were scared to go to a dentist before, you wont be after this place. They are amazing! Edit updates: over a year later still the best dentist office. I’m now pregnant and they gave me the best care and education for dental treatment for pregnancy. I have moved out of Chicago and into the suburbs and I still go there. Highly recommended.

Would definitely recommend this practice. The receptionist/billing specialist is so friendly and knowledgeable. She’s always able to find answers to my insurance-related questions. The dental hygienists are confident and well-trained. They’re always able to explain what is going on with my teeth by showing me pictures and pointing out the issue exactly so that I can see it. The dentist is very personable, confident and efficient. COVID protocols are also in place which made me feel very comfortable going here during the pandemic. Everything from making an appointment, to the treatment itself is easy here.

This time of the year is not the best time especially the holidays being eight years yesterday since the passing of my mom, it puts me in a very somber mood. I had a dentist appointment today and I felt absolutely great after my visit. The Doctor and staff made me feel so good and so comfortable nothing but smiles nothing but care and that’s the way it always has been. fortunately it was a good day for me today during my visit the staff is always extremely friendly. This office if full of great people, If you would like your day change in a positive way I highly recommend you go and get a tooth pulled (LOL ) thank you Eddie

Hands down the best dentist in the city! My first visit was for a toothache in mid August. I left so impressed by the service and the care that I couldn’t stop talking about it. Since then four of my friends have become new patients and also left raving about the level of care and service that they received. Inside this very clean and hygienic Ravenswood office you will find that everyone is kind, professional and judgement free. Their gentle approach makes the experience virtually pain free and you will leave with a smile. I honestly can’t recommend them enough!

Dr Irene truly is the best dentist I’ve ever met! She does a great job taking care of our teeth, listens patiently to our needs and is such a friendly, funny person. Her staff always welcomes us with a friendly smile and their customer service skills supersede our expectations. Our entire family has switched over to Dr Irene and are so happy we did. Who knew going to the dentist could be so fun! :-)
