There is zero relationship between Dr Lockett and his patients. He does not talk to you before treatment, during treatment, nor after. He wants to get you in and out as quickly as possible. His office referred me to an Endodontist for a root canal, that ended up being out of network, resulting in a $1650 bill instead of $280. Dr Lockett also did two fillings for me, and now my bite is very uncomfortable. He left the room immediately after he was done, not once asking me if everything felt ok. Lastly, another patient sounded like they had just had a temporary crown put on. The patient asked him what they could/couldn’t eat. Dr Lockett wouldn’t give them a direct answer, just told them eat “whatever they feel comfortable eating, just know it’s a temporary crown and it could come off”. Zero help to the patient.

Every member of the office exhibited a high level of professionalism and helpfulness. The receptionist assisted me in resolving an insurance matter, the hygienist was exceptionally friendly and provided thorough explanations, and the dentist conducted a meticulous examination. Notably, he accurately identified issues highlighted by my orthodontist, showcasing a comprehensive approach to the examination. I will definitely be going back for all of my future appointments!

Oh my God! This place is great! The staff is wonderful, the dentist is so amazing. They made me feel like I was part of their professional family. They genuinely care about their patients. Everyone was so warm and welcoming. They treated me as if they have known me for years, NO ONE IS A STRANGER THERE! Everything was explained to me in a way I understood, I was part of the decision process in my dental care. I am so glad that I decided to visit dental works!!! The dentists are amazing.
