I scheduled my appointment a week ago , traveled from Indiana to Illinois 2 hour’s when I got there they ask me to fill out the paperwork. After filling all the paperwork they let me know that the COVID vaccine was not available. Bad customer service at least have a false smile .

Took my 4 year old today for her school physical. And the nurse was super rude. When talking to us or asking my daughter questions. When it came to her shots the nurse was super aggressive! I was there told hold my daughters arm but instead the nurse took it upon herself to aggressively pull my daughters arm. She’s 4 and scared so of course she’s going to move. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Professional providers, however, they charge $108 just to read your results over the phone. I work in healthcare as a provider myself and asked them to just give me a print out of my lab work and they refused. I was surprised to see an above average $200 visit fee and a money grab $108 for a one minute phone call. Being in healthcare, I could have read the results myself since they were just basic labs. Other clinics and healthcare systems will give you the print out without hesitation and some even have apps that will allow you to see your results on your phone at no additional costs. The doctors even add notes to the apps or emails explaining the results, again, at no additional cost. Such a money grab and I knew they were going to charge for it the moment they refused to just give me a print out. Not a good way to do business. Holding my records behind a paywall even though the visit and lab work already has a fee.

The receptionist was ok. But Dr. Andre De Jean needs to be fired. He told me because I have county care,that the University of Chicago in flossmoor wouldn’t take my insurance . After I told him that I’ve took my daughter before. He still told me they wouldn’t take my insurance

OMG 😉just looking at the reviews. My last visit was extremely excellent. I had no problems with anyone. In the beginning I forgot to bring a certain form. Instead of turning me away, they still saw me. While waiting on my driver , I truly wasn’t feeling well. The receptionist came from behind her desk to comfort me. I thought that was a nice 👍 gesture . I’m a cancer survivor...... The referrals I ask for . I give the hospital 🏥 or doctor 🥼 I wanna see and the give it to me without hesitation.
