My relative went to him for a simple tooth extraction and came back traumatized. He did not numb her enough and proceeded to pull the tooth out whilst she screamed. She described him as unapologetic and inconsiderate of her pain.

Dr. Hermann is very nice and pleasant to deal with. He and his staff are thorough and caring. The offices are stylish and have very modern equipment. And they take extra cleaning precautions. I highly recommend him.

Updated 11/15/21: Dr. Hermann is very caring. Visited doctor’s office last week for my 6-month checkup and cleaning and following up on my crowning. He is gentle and asked how I am feeling regularly during the cleaning and crowning adjustment procedure. He also listened and answered all the questions thoroughly. Also excellent staff and customer service. Dr. Hermann is very thorough and attentive. Excellent staff and customer service. I had an emergency case and they are very accommodating in getting me in on the same day. Nice office environment with state-of-the-art equipments.
