Simply the best! All three of my children have been going to Chicago kiDDS Pediatric Dentistry for years. Dr. Neal and his staff have taken great care of my kids with the upmost expertise, professionalism, and care. From cleanings to more complex situations, they have been so helpful. My kids were always very anxious when going to other offices but Chicago kiDDS employs an atmosphere of calm that comforts my kids. Dr. Neal and his staff are very transparent and communicates clearly as to what the diagnosis is and what needs to be done. Definitely the only pediatric dental practice we will ever go to.

I’m not sure if this note should actually go to the illinois attorney generals office instead but here it goes. Visit #1, fine, good even. Visit #2, my 6 year old has cavities, fine. They want me to sign a piece of paper with no signature line, specifying nothing in particular. They want about $150 up front for that days visit when they already were paid in full just fine by my insurance for visit #1. Weeks later we come to find, obviously, that there is a balance due back to use that we have to call them for, not automatic. The beat part is the approximately $1500 in dental work they said was required the second dentist I take my son to says no dental work at all. I can get over the difference in care approach but why do they make you sign nonsense pieces of paper and take payment for items fully covered by insurance. I am not a bank. So, maybe these folks are fraudsters maybe not but save yourself the guess and go somewhere else.

It was our 3 year old daughter first time at the dentist and we can say they exceeded our expectations. The dental hygienist was so patient with my daughter and so nice I absolutely loved her patient care . The dentist was very informative and kind . The place was clean and the bathroom was clean as well I loved that they had a little toilet for the toddlers! Thank you so much for a great first visit and making my daughter feel welcome and loved !

I absolutely love this pediatric dentist office in town! It’s hands down one of the best. The staff is incredibly professional and always puts kids at ease. Their efficiency is impressive; they get you in and out without any hassle. The colorful and welcoming atmosphere adds to the overall experience, making it a fantastic place for children’s dental care. I can’t recommend them enough!

My oldest daughter (8.5 years old) has been going to Chicago KIDDS Pediatric Dentistry for over 6 years and today was my youngest daughter’s first visit. Dorian did great with her; she made my baby feel so comfortable. The Troll movie was playing and she walked her through every step while cheering her on. My daughter did amazing! We travel a nice distance to patronize this business, but it is well worth it! Everyone is so friendly, the establishment is clean, they are well organized and appointment reminders come via email and text messages; which for a busy mom like myself is perfect!
