I was a new patient. I had a scheduled 5 PM appointment today. I arrived early for my appointment somewhere around 440 or 4:45 to allow time for paperwork. Once I arrive I did my intake paperwork and had a seat. At about 5:25pm a woman came in said she had a 5:30pm appointment as she signed in at 5:25pm . They called her to the back at 5:27pm. By this time, I was irritated because I was waiting almost 45 minutes with no updates as to why I was still waiting for so long and I had a 5:00pm appointment. I addressed issue with the receptionist she stated that my name was next the list and that they were still waiting for my paperwork to go through and my insurance to be updated. So in my mind, I’m upset because what was being done all that time I waited. I told them to cancel my appointment and I left! There were more than five girls working the front desk area. I can call and verify insurance in less than 10 minutes myself. That’s not what they were doing and I don’t appreciate the lie. I felt very disrespected because I put forth effort to make sure I got to my appointment on time (straight from work) and my time was not valued as I valued theirs. I don’t understand why doctors make you wait for so long, but make you reschedule an appointment if you’re late to the appointment. 40 minutes in a waiting room is not an appointment time. This new generation does not respect people time and it is very sickening. Very bad for business

This was my first experience with cavities and having them filled, and I must say that it was a very pleasant first experience. Stephanie and Dr. Bredau were the ones who handled the fillings a the deep cleaning today, and I am grateful for having them work on my teeth.

Dr. Bezanis and hygienist Stephanie were wonderful! They took great care for my comfort. Stephanie provided me sun glasses because the light was too bright. And the Dr. was very friendly and caring. They were also patient and answered the questions I had . I recommend their services.
