I recently had my routine six-month cleaning (this was my second visit to Designer Smiles), and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. I was greeted by reception with a smile and actually saw a familiar face waiting to be seen as well. The office is beautifully designed, creating a relaxing atmosphere with a modern design. I love the QR codes!! The hygienist, May, was exceptionally thorough, gentle, and attentive, making sure that I was comfortable during the entire process. She explained each step of the cleaning, and gave me tips on not using the dental picks that I use to floss, but use the old school floss to prevent plaque buildup ;) Dr. Ami then conducted my exam. She is AMAZING!! friendly, patient, easy to talk to, and thorough. Did I mention that she’s super cute!! I appreciate that she doesn’t make me feel like she’s rushing to get to the next patient, but she makes me feel like she genuinely cares for my well-being. What sets Designer Smiles apart is their commitment to patient education and personalized care. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking top-notch dental care!

Great experience each time. Always easy to schedule. The staff is really nice staff. Always very communicative had helpful. I always leave feeling informed and healthy! Finally found a dentist we like and right downtown Evanston. So convenient too!

They are very professional, clean, and very accommodating. They are super sweet and very helpful there, always able to answer all my questions. I have had emergencies come up with needing help quickly, and they bent over backward to help me out. I have been going to them for years. I am one that can’t handle pain, and they make sure your experience is pain-free. They are the best dentist office I have found in the Chicago area since I moved 12 years ago. I highly recommend them!!!

I had a great experience during my consultation today! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The entire staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Dr. Ami and Linda took the time to thoroughly explain my treatment options and answered all of my questions with patience and expertise. The office environment was clean, modern, and comfortable. Great Dental Office in Evanston I really wish I had known about Designer Smiles sooner! This office is located Downtown Evanston in the Carlson Building. It is such a nice office — very professional, organized, and clean. Highly recommend. My dentist, Dr. Ami, is great to work with! I’ve had a positive experience at each visit. She is thorough in her assessments, patiently answers all questions (I’ve asked so manyyy), and minimizes pain/anxiety. I have also enjoyed working with Michelle and Linda. The whole team is great. Lastly, this office uses modern technology, which is pretty important to me.
