Donald Cleland and his staff were superb. I woke up with a terrible toothache on a Saturday morning and his office was the only one available in my area using 1-800-Dentist. The moment I was connected to Sue on the phone and explained my misery and pain she was comforting. Once I arrived at the office I was welcomed like an old friend. The moment I sat in the chair, as Donald Cleland began his exam and diagnosis; my fears started to diminish. He was gentle in my mouth and reassuring on what needed to be done. A follow up call came within 48 hours to make sure I was okay. I am so appreciative of the expertise and kindness that was shown to me. Thanks again for being there for me and I’m sure countless others who have received your services.
