My last visit was in Orland Park 4/19/24. I saw Mercedes who was excellent as usual. She made corrections from a previous lower relinement a few days before from some else’s work😕. Work that left serrated/jagged edges on the left side and front. Very uncomfortable - ouch! Thank you Mercedes 🤗

I had to have extensive work ( many implants and all crowns) done on my upper jaw. This is what these folks specialize in. Yes, it was a costly procedure, but I was very confident that I was getting treatment from the best. I did my research before choosing them. I’m glad I did.

It took 90 days to get ill fitting dentures that were the wrong color. He only works one day a week. His lab person used bright pink Barbie color for the base color rather than the color that I chose. I told him I would never use the terrible dentures, he refused to fix them and I got my Money back.

Nice and clean atmosphere. Dr. very knowledgeable and Tech/nurse very knowledgeable as well. However, I wanted both upper and lower implants but would cost over $50,000.00. Not for me. I would have to settle with what they recommend and I am done settling with dentists. Not able to help me and I left disappointed.
