Arrived at 8:40 and was not called back until 9:40 for a 9AM appointment. Was spoken to in a demeaning tone when I attempted to sit in on my husbands appointment at his request. Was told “you can have a seat he’s old enough to go to the dentist by himself.” If you all have a policy against spouses sitting in on dental appointments, then say that. The attitude and the snarky remark was totally unnecessary. I said nothing rude, disrespectful, nor did I raise my voice, but was met with immediate hostility for attempting to walk back with my spouse.

Dr Thakaar and the team are absolutely wonderful. Started with pulling tooth .. I had no pain whatsoever. The aftercare was easy. No complications. Next step was to set implant for the new tooth. Painless during procedure and no pain afterwords. Dr Thakaar’s post op protocol prevented infection and was painless. (just drooled alot initially while numb). It can’t get any better! 5 stars! I’d highly recommend Dr Thakaar and his team!

The procedure of an implant/ bone graft went well by Dr. Morris. I explained to Dr Morris because I have had 2 prior implants I would need 2-3 violins. Dr Morris told me I should be fine witht motrn 800mg and Tylenol and research shows Tylenol and Motrin works better than vicodin. Before I left te office I was in severe pain , I was given a Motrn. Dr Moore offered Tylenol with codeine and I declined as I now it wouldn’t work. I am a Registered Nurse for over 20 years, have been a parietal for 10 yrs and have had 2 other implants. I wasn’t pleased with how Dr Morris managed my pain post- procedure. I took off work and had another appt setup that I will have to cancel because I’m in severe pain. Have a plan for pain management, his plan was ineffective for me Update: The receptionist called and stated the vicodin was ordered. Keep in mind I only need 3, I have a low pain threshold and the vic is only if my other remedies don’t work.

I was referred her by my dentist. Obviously I needed to go because of pain. I had a 9am appointment. At 9:30am I asked how much longer, the young lady at the front said not to much longer they have your file. At 9:47 I went back to the front because I still had not been called back. I shared they charge a fee for being late or not showing but have no respect for the patient or the patient’s time. I cancelled and left. I will never return to this office. It is sad and unfortunate how they handle patients for a service being paid for not given for free. Unacceptable.
