My experience has been nothing short of amazing. I got my braces off in August 2023 each time I went my experience was always pleasant and the staff were knowledgeable and polite. I am very happy with my teeth and Dr. Bond was amazing throughout my treatment. Dr. Grant has created an amazing environment.

Thank you for making our first visit a pleasant one. The personalized welcome sign and gift was so nice. Clean facility, and great service. My daughter is excited to embark on this journey.

The employees were nice and welcoming. They explained things that I didn’t understand so I could a better knowledge of my process. When I first started with my braces journey they made sure I okay with the process and guided me through their work so I could understood what they were doing as well as the changes my teeth would do as the journey goes on. The staff were nice and didn’t have a serious manner to them but a playful one so that the patient was comfortable with their environment. I really appreciate the work that the staff do and how they make everyone feel welcome.

Every single staff member here is exceptional. They all are kind and superb in their customer service skills. They make sure you are well take care of and will go above and beyond to make sure you are happy with the service. I highly recommend Grant Orthodontics. I did extensive research for an orthodontics office to take my daughter for braces. Because of the reviews, I booked a consult. My daughter and I was very impressed from the moment we stepped into the office. The office is modern, clean, beautiful and the staff is very welcoming, patient, kind and knowledgeable without being pushy one bit. Their financing options are great as well which is a huge plus. My daughter got her braces on couple days after consult which is impressive. My daughter usually is nervous about doing anything without me bring present in the patient room since she is only 13 but she felt comfortable to want to go on her own to get the braces on! This definitely shows the trust she felt within the employees since day 1 of the consult. The braces were on and we left all within 1.5 hours with no complaints. I couldn’t have found a better place. So many good things to say about Grant Ortho but you must come check out for yourself! Highly recommended!
