Amazing place to go. Very helpful and super friendly! Their dental hygienist Heya (I’m sorry if that is not spelled right) made me feel very comfortable. She is a very sweet and careful person. Dr. Brad (cannot remember his last name) was very nice and informative as well. All around great experience from the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out.

They told me over the phone my insurance provider was accepted and in network for them. After my procedure and weeks later, I owed them an additional $166.90. When I brought this up with them over the phone they now were making a distinction between accepting some portion of money from my insurance provider and the balance owed in total. Apparently my provider only covered 20ish percent but the dental work had already been done when they disclosed the new information. Misleading is best case scenario and I personally believe they just outright fibbed to capture my business.

I have Blue Cross Blue Shied, I scheduled cleaning appointment. Instead they did 300.00 worth of x-rays, said I needed deep cleaning that now costs 90.00 a session! All I wanted was a cleaning! Not going back just milking my insurance
