I recently had an exam and teeth cleaning here and it went very well! Excellent service and people that actually care about their patients. I highly recommend this dental office to anyone that doesn’t want to get ripped off for things they don’t need. Tracy the hygienist is awesome!

So my employer changed our dental insurance plan recently so I had to find a dentist in network, and Dr. O’Brien had good reviews so I thought I’d make an appointment to meet with him. Then I called and was told I’d have to pay a consultation fee of $105. I’m 50 years old and on a fixed income so I can’t afford to frivolously spend money. They mentioned something about needing to take their own x-rays but my dentist in Chicago had my records and could have easily sent them over. That’s no problem. I guess I’m just confused where they think this business practice is ok and they don’t expect people to get upset. This wasn’t even a copay for any services, I just wanted to meet with a dentist. Because I couldn’t afford to pay over $100 I unfortunately couldn’t see this provider.

This is a really good dentist. He has good business hours during the week especially if you work. He was able to fix some dental work from an old dentist and make it right again. My smile looks great. If you are looking for a good dentist with a great staff, look no further. Best in class dental work with good hours, good customer service and a friendly staff. Rating of Five Stars
