The receptionist was so hard to communicate with and unprofessional. She asked to call me back 😒 when I called to schedule an appointment. On another incident refused to schedule me at all because I missed an appointment. I told her I was in the hospital and she argued with me and brought up the no call cancelatation at hand several times (couldn’tcall from er room). I asked to speak with someone else and she said no. She then told me to try to call again some other time, and hung up on me. The dentist was very kind and thorough, but it is not worth going through a receptionist like this. How sad.

Last week was my first time seeing Dr Cheng. The office did not have to see but they did. I always gone the dentist so I know what to expect and what can and can’t be done. Every situation is different. My review is a 100% Dr and staff went above and beyond their service. This type of service is what built relationships. Me and my family will be regulars. Thanks!!!!!!!

Great personal dental experience, Dr. Cheng spent a lot of his time answering my questions and making me feel comfortable. He is also great with kids, making them feel at ease for their first time at the dentist.
