GREAT staff and wonderfully gentle hygienists. I had an unexpected issue at a routine cleaning, and I was fortunate to see the dentist the same day. I’ve paid A LOT more for dentists who specialize in pain wimps (that’s me!), and I would choose this general dentistry for comfort every time. Keep it up!

I phoned for an appointment and told them I have a lot of pain and suspected a cavity. I waited 45 mins for the doctor. He came in, took a small mirror and saw me for 15-20secs. He said there are 2 cavities and I should come back. I asked if he can’t fix it now because it is very sensitive. He told me I was only booked for a check up. I decided I didn’t like the way he treated a new patient and went for a second opinion. Turns out I have the healthiest teeth and gums and the pain is not from my teeth. Are you telling me he was going to do fillings on two healthy teeth????????????? And charged my medical aid all that money???????????? 😤

I had a very good experience at Dripping Springs Family Dentistry! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and friendly. During my appointment, the dentist took the time to explain each step of the procedure and answered all my questions thoroughly. I appreciated the gentle approach they used, making sure I was comfortable throughout.

Dr Smith’s personnel are an asset. They always greet you as a friend. However, I’m a retired service man on a fixed income and find him a little expensive.
