Not happy with their pricing. They provided some lengthy treatment plan as if I have never had a cleaning before. Then I ask just for my basic cleaning and was advised that they cannot due to their diagnosis. I would believe them if I had not been to a different dentist 4 months ago for a regular cleaning and they advised nothing of what Aspen diagnosis. I went to another dentist for a second option and they did not suggest the same diagnosis and will gladly honor my basic cleaning. I won’t suggest or be back to this dentist ever again!

Disappointed in the fact I was told the day of had a copay the day of the visit. I had spoken with the office prior to my visit, and told that I had paid in full for my crown. I arrived on time for my appointment only to be told that I $200 plus copay. I was able to speak with the new office manager Kimberly and she was able to everything worked out. I received my crown. Kimberly was very professional and accommodating. I appreciate her willingness to find out why I had a copy.

I was recommended by a family member to the Highland office. I appreciate the care given by Mildred during my X-rays (that part has always been difficult for me). The Hygienist Miya took time to educate and answer my questions and Dr Redmond helped me feel at ease regarding my next steps for dental care. As a new patient my overall experience was good starting at the front desk!

The visit was very pleasant. The staff was very professional and they made me feel at ease. My only critique is that the exam was done with the doors open. I would prefer privacy during my cleaning and consultation. I will be back.

My visit was due to a broken tooth with intermittent pain. I was given X-rays and a list of other things that should be done with an estimate just under $3k along with an appointment for 12 days later for the original reason for my coming in the first place. It was like the only person that was genuinely concerned was the young lady that did my x-rays. The technician along with the receptionist were congenial. Other than that it was like an assembly line.... get ’em in, get ’em out and get it over with but get the money first. And the guy handling the financing quoted me three different out of pocket prices for a crown. First he said my portion would be $1,000. When I asked in a astonishment " for one tooth? " He said let me check again. The second price went down to $210 and then he ultimately ended up telling me $179 and change. I think I’m going to need to find a new dental office. I’m not feeling confident about this one.
