Dr. Lisa Eckenstein and her staff are fabulous! My twins had their orthodontia work in the Orland Park Office and I give them the highest recommendation!! Dr Lisa is an exceptional orthodontist. My boys loved her!! The technology is so advanced within the first month the teeth shift so much more quickly. My one son had to come in and get the wire trimmed multiple times and the staff was so accommodating!! We lived 7 minutes from her office and I was so glad we choose Dr Lisa!! Having 3 daughters being treated at the Orland Park office, I can’t say enough good things about our experience. Dr. Lisa and her staff are very thorough & caring. From the first consultation with my oldest, to helping our very nervous & anxious youngest through early intervention issues, they have gone above & beyond my expectations. I’m grateful to the warm & welcoming staff that I encounter each appt and for all those in back for the care they have given my girls! I highly recommend Dr. Lisa to anyone in need of orthodontic care.

I recently completed a seventeen month treatment with Dr. Lisa. I am extremely satisfied with the results as well as the service I received. I am in my mid 30’s and having my teeth straightened was something that I always wanted to do, but never thought I would actually do it. Especially after several orthodontist consults and their recommendation of pulling my teeth to correct crowding. Dr. Lisa (my very last consult, in which I was referred by a co-worker) won me over when she explained that extracting my teeth would change my facial profile in a way that I wouldn’t find pleasing. That’s right! Dr. Lisa told me she could correct my crowding without extractions; she would file in between my teeth and create tiny spaces that would allow my teeth to fall in line! Genius! Within days following my consultation, I was sitting in one of Dr. Lisa’s chairs initiating my treatment plan and getting my braces on. Anyone who visits the orthodontist for wire changing knows it’s not much fun. However, visiting Dr. Lisa’s offices is always a delight because there’s always some type of raffle or contest going on where prizes are won and she serves all types of edible goodies for her clients to enjoy. Wearing braces on my teeth for seventeen months was definitely not one of my favorite experiences. However, Dr. Lisa and her staff seemed to go above and beyond to help me make the best of the situation. If you’re looking for an orthodontist who is professional, engaged with her clients, has amazing staff, and gives you a beautiful smile, Dr. Lisa is your best choice! Thank you Dr. Lisa and your wonderful staff!!!!

My daughter has been a patient of Dr. Lisa’s for the past year and a half and we have had nothing but the very best experiences with both Dr. Lisa and her entire staff. From the front office ladies who are always very pleasant, friendly and helpful, to the entire team who have worked on my daughters teeth, we have been very pleased with the entire process assuring the straightening of her teeth to where they are today.
