This is a rotten organization... my wife used to go here and needed her wisdom teeth removed. They wanted to do the first part of the surgery in house and refer the other part to an oral surgeon. My wife wanted to do it all in one place at the oral surgeon. They never sent the reference or x-rays to the oral surgeon as requested. 3 reminders, and 2 years later we switch dentists. Our new dentist asks John Cook DDS for her X-rays, they say they don’t have any to give them... the new dentist contacts her insurance and her insurance has records that the X-rays were in fact taken at John Cook DDS, therefore proving that they are withholding my wife’s information and holding it hostage in hopes that they will get more business from my wife. Her new dentist ended up performing and X-ray and related scans for free because they agreed these guys were rotten and were treating us unfairly. Bottom line is: these guys don’t deserve your hard earned money, and you don’t deserve their poor service. I would go somewhere that treats you fairly and professionally.

Great dentist and staff. His 3D X-rays, care, and knowledge caught my failed root canal from years before (tiny hidden infection picking at me). Thanks for choosing Van Wert to hang your shutter; a blessing to us.

My Husband (a redhead) terrified of dentist and of needles and pain! However we’ve been working with Dr Sean Kelly to get his permanent implants done! Dr Kelly is fantastic, knowledgeable, kind, encouraging, and as it were patient with his nervous patients! He goes beyond your average every day doctors and he cares more than what you see today in medicine. He personally called us to follow up over the weekend to make sure my husband was doing ok. We love this dentist office and would recommend them to anyone near and far if you have to go to the dentists, travel here, it’s worth the trip to the dentists! Steve & Paula Monell
