The worst service ever. Rude receptionist, poor communication overall, continuous conflicts paying dues in office and making me come back numerous times to pay my statement in full and getting billed multiple times when payment has been fulfilled. One instance that was frustrating to me was when I hurried out of work to pay my bill in person since no number was available on my statement to call and pay online. Upon arrive 30 minutes before close, the receptionist said she closed the register already and because of the hassle, to come back tomorrow…. Like I didn’t go through a hassle myself by coming in and it’s clearly her job. I have never been treated this bad from any provider before — don’t waste your time coming here.

They never answer the phone, I’m started to feel like they got caller id and it’s on purpose!. When I ask them to get something done they act deaf dumb and I end up wasting more time putting in than the results I’m getting out.

EVERY TIME I CALLED THIS LOCATION THEY NEVER ANSWER THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE. NEVER CAN GET A APPOINTMENT MADE. HOW CAN THEY GOOD REVIEWS IF NO ONE EVER DOES THERE JOB TO ANSWER A CALL.

I had showed up just to get my flu shot and I actually had to wait 2 hours just like everyone else and even the ones have appointments had to wait in their rooms for a long time and that one person say that the doctor was actually on the laptop claim making everyone sick.
