I was a patient of Dr. Gilmore’s for many years but had to find a new dentist when I moved away. Recently, I returned as a patient without dental insurance, I initially experienced a pricing mismatch between the quote I received and the final bill. While this was unexpected, I was truly impressed by Dr. Gilmore and the team’s willingness to resolve the issue. They quickly acknowledged the miscommunication, explained the circumstances, and offered a fair solution. Dr. Gilmore and his team truly exhibited the commitment to transparency and patient satisfaction I had come to expect. I recommend this practice for its excellent patient communication and dedication to doing the right thing in addition to Dr. Gilmore’s exceptional skill and expertise as a dentist.

Dr. Gilmore and his staff are caring people with excellent skills. They do their best to make the dental experience as pleasant as possible. Patients in need of their services are accomodated, given as much time as needed, and not made to feel rushed. They explain treatment plans, insurance benefits, and payment options so there are no surprises. Trust me, this is not something all offices do, and no one likes that kind of unwanted surprises! I have been Dr. Gilmore’s patient as long as he has been in practice at this office. I cannot imagine going anywhere else. Treating each patient as if they are the only and most important patient they will see seems to be the goal. I have and will continue to recommend Sunflower Family Dentistry. They are the best!

Excellent dental care! Dr. Gilmore is personable and knowledgeable, and he and his staff always provide a comfortable, pleasant experience. I needed a lot of restorative and cosmetic dentistry when I first became a patient at Sunflower Family Dentistry eight years ago. Dr Gilmore and the staff at Sunflower Family Dentistry are amazing! I have been going to Dr Gilmore for the past five years. I have sensitive teeth and he is very conscious to make sure that I feel no pain. I would not hesitate to recommend Sunflower Family Dentistry to family and friends.

I highly recommend Dr. Gilmore at sunflower family dentistry. My son and I have gone to his practice for all dental care and cleanings since we moved to Kansas City three years ago. Dr. Gilmore, his assistants, and all staff are always efficient, friendly, thorough and even accommodating with my work schedule and my sons school schedule. I would not consider going elsewhere with the service they have provided to both of us.
