I have been a patient of Dr. Fay for several years. She is honest, thorough and professional. The office staff is friendly and accessible. All questions are answered in a way that is easily understood. We continue to have a reasonable discussion about when more work will be needed, with no push for unnecessary procedures. I highly recommend.

Wonderful experience from start to finish!!! Everyone was very professional and courteous. I didn’t have to wait to be seen, they even took me in a few minutes early. Cassandra was very caring and made sure she understood the entire picture of the trauma to my jaw and face, she even went through all the documents I brought with me. We were able to work together to find a solution I was comfortable with and provided excellent referrals for any work outside of her specialty training.

Professional and courteous staff that creates a friendly and safe environment. Dr. Fay is an expert in her field and makes the experience comfortable. As a patient for the last couple of years, I have always felt well taken care of the minute I walk into the office.

My total experience has been very good. The entire staff is very pleasant and concerned about your well being in the office and after the services have been rendered. I would highly recommend Dr. Fay and her staff for any procedure you may need. I am having an implant done. I had a prep visit and today I had the implant installed. I expect my follow up visit will meet the same great service I have experienced so far.
