Everything about the Invisalign program was explained to me in layman’s terms and I was able to get my scan done. People are wonderful and I think this is going to be a huge benefit in my teeth straightening.

Unfortunately. I feel inclined to rate this establishment a 1. Briefly stated, I have 3 children who have needed a total of 4 sets of braces collectively. I have paid for 2 sets in full. The third payment came due today. Long story short I had to reach out this practice to inquire about any opportunity for an exception to be made in scheduling to get my child in before 2023. After explaining the circumstances, I was met with unsympathetic and cookie cutter gatekeepers fashion because my $96 payment returned. The rep stated she couldn’t attempt to assist me until I paid $96. Once I could make that happen it would be my last payment. It happed so quickly before i knew it i was off of the phone pondering what had just happened. I immediately called back and delivered the feedback to the rep. She listened and apologized. And ultimately let me hang up with out even acting like she would try to make the situation right. Bigger picture perspective. Yes. I owe $96. I have also spent upwards of $7000 with this one practice. It felt like a total slap in the face. And oh yeah in closing, my payment declined because I needed to update my card number. Not to mention there patient site is very inconsistent. Sometimes i can update my information. Sometimes i can’t. I’m over them. What a way to appreciate a life long customer. Saddest part is the kid still doesn’t have an appt. Moral of the story don’t spend money where you aren’t valued. Get out of our community’s please and thank you!!! Dr Clarence Simmons office Harmony Orthodontics would have never. Franchising is the business version of gentrification. Too bad people wear braces as an accessory these days.

My daughter, Allisandra (age 12), has been very happy with her experience over the last year. Today the girl who worked on her braces she liked the most because "soooo nice and friendly, and very gentle". I liked the way she came out and gave me a report, summarizing what was done. There was only once that my daughter was disappointed because one didn’t talk the entire time and was not so gentle, but generally it’s been very positive and we are happy!
