Would have to get better to be terrible. Nightmare experience! Beware!!! The blonde, Diane I think her name was, needs to keep her unprofessional and inappropriate comments to herself along with her pathetic attempts to hard sell the patient.

Stay Smiling Orthodontics is fantastic! From the time you walk in and are greeted, until the time you leave you are treated with friendly, knowledgeable, professional service. Initially, I was hesitant, at my age, to begin an Invisalign journey, but everyone was so positive and encouraging. Dr. Wilcoxon and Dr. Joshi are very personable, thorough and reassuring in explaining what to expect. The staff and dental assistants are great! Keara and Kim were particularly very helpful, patient and kind. I love the way my alignment and smile turned out. I am so glad I chose Stay Smiling Orthodotics. At first it seemed like the smile spot was a good ortho for people with low income. Took my daughter to the smile spot to get braces and they had to keep fixing the quad because it kept falling off, i fell behind on the payments and now they deny my daughter any services even emergencies! They really dont care about the patients they are money hungry and heartless for children especially. Parents there are other places that will help you! Do Not Go or Take your children to this place the smile spot go to UMKC school of Denistry if you are financially limited they will help with care. The Smile Spot is not the place they claim to be unless you have money then they play like they care dont be fooled! Its time to take a stand to businesses like this! Do Not Give this company your money find a company that truly cares..about the patients..not the money.
