I requested my x-rays to be transferred to another office about five times now over the past two weeks. I have not received a call back. Update. I received a call back today! No one in the office knows how to forward my x-rays via email and my appointment is at 2:00 p.m. today. I’ve only been asking since October and now they’re waiting to the last minute to say that they are unable to accommodate my request. Unbelievable!!!!!

My first time visiting this office, my previous dental office closed for good. I can honestly say it was a very professional and pleasant experience, Mrs. Julie went above and beyond to assist in every way possible. I can’t remember the young lady that took my x-rays she was very accommodating and helpful and Dr. Burch was welcoming as well and explained everything thoroughly. What a great team!

A $15,000 mouth. 8 teeth. Took 4 or 5 visits to get my veneers to stay in. I had to go to work with missing teeth other than my front two. I was called the problem patient because the doctor couldn’t get my veneers to stay in. They have a 2 year warranty. I didn’t know that was unacceptable until I went to have my veneers fixed elsewhere. $15,000 teeth for 3 years. Now I have 4, and 2 baby teeth. I look terrible for all of that money. My original teeth looked normal; now I look like someone who has 4 front teeth. My mom’s orthodontist put in temporaries’s that last 20 years, and my temporaries fell out every few days. This doctor took my trust and money. My self confidence has declined since I no longer have a full front 8 teeth. I couldn’t wish more that I still had the pictures when I had two teeth. I deleted them because they were too hideous to deal with. I wish my $15,000 mouth could have received the 4.9 rating this doctor has. That was supposed to be life-changing money I saved up. He just took it.

Dr. Burch is surrounded by an entire team of wonderful professionals. Every person there is top notch and a pleasure to interact with. My last two cleanings have been with Connie, their new-to-the-team hygienist. She is outstanding and these have been my best experiences with dental cleanings to date. I always leave feeling like my teeth are cleaner than they have ever been and encouraged (not shamed) to keep up my own personal hygiene at home. I love Dr. Burch’s practice and recommend them to everyone.
