Here's what the practice says about themselves: "Dr. Sam E. Hayes"
I like the convenience of the place and the dentist is friendly. However after waiting 6 months for an appointment the office called and canceled so that the dentist could attend the superbowl parade 36 hours before my visit. On top of that it was another 6 months before they could get me in. They offered to get me in at 10am the day they called to cancel and it wad already after 9, or wait 6 months. That’s unacceptable. Got in to a dentist on the plaza and only have to wait a month.

Our family loves this office and staff. My children feel comfortable with Dr. Emily and I appreciate how kind the staff is.

Over the past few years, all of the adults in our family have come to loyally use Brookside Dental, all with very positive results! We have all had such great experiences with the Drs Hayes and their hygienists. (I love Cindy!) The care they show for their patients, their efficiency, professionalism and expertise are all top notch. Also, during the pandemic, they went above and beyond to make sure their offices were as safe as possible for patients and staff.

When I first began going to Brookside Dental, I was excited because my aunt gave them high marks but after my first visit, I should have followed my mind and never returned. The following are concerns my husband, my son, and I experienced: *My tooth was filed down (first visit during a cleaning) *Both my husband and I needed crowns which have been giving us issues for many years (immediately afterwards) *During a cleaning, my son’s permanent retainer (lower) was broken. After contacting the office and leaving a message for the dentist, she never reached out to us. I will not return nor will I recommend them to anyone. The only positive comment is for the dental hygienists that I had over the years.
