A Very Bad Experience - Hopkins Dental Health After the retirement of my dentist in 2022 I was referred to Mitchell Hopkins, DDS. From my first appointment in July 2022 it was a very negative experience. In order to reduce the very high prices quoted, I signed up for the Hopkins Dental Plan at a cost of $400. The Plan included reduced pricing and two cleanings per year. I had a cleaning done in September 2022, then I made an appointment for the second cleaning in April 2023. About one hour prior to that appointment I received a phone call at home, advising me that this cleaning would be deep tissue at an additional cost of $960; of course, I was offended since I had never agreed to their deep tissue program. I informed the HDH representative that I would not make the appointment, since I just wanted the standard cleaning covered by the Plan. As far as I am concerned Hopkins did not honor the terms of its Plan AND CHEATED ME OUT OF $200. From my first contact it seemed that HDH was trying to squeeze as much money out of me as possible. Subsequently, I decided that HDH was not the right practice for me and demanded that $200 be refunded to me. HDH refused. A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.

Dr. Hopkins and his staff are the most professional and welcoming dental staff! The way they communicate with all patients, let’s you know right away that you are working with a top notch practice! I have had 3 visits with the, and would give them 10 stars if Google would let me 😁

I have been a patient of Hopkins Dental Health for many years and can’t say enough about the amazing service, communication and dental care I’ve experienced. They go above and beyond to treat their patients with the utmost of professionalism and health directive. Highly recommended!

Everyone in Dr. Hopkins’ office is AMAZING!! Friendly, knowledgeable, and make going to the dentist as smooth and painless as possible! Theryn and Ashley are glowing faces to see when you first walk in, and Katie and Tori are especially awesome too!! The only team member I haven’t met is Reagan, but based on the rest of the staff, I’m sure she is just an amazing gal as well!! Dr. Hopkins, you are an excellent dentist, and sure know how to pick an awesome staff that is equally as diligent, as they are delightful!

Hopkins is all around the best dental care in the city. Dr Hopkins always does a great job numbing & doing procedures & explaining what they are doing. The hygienists do a fantastic job with cleanings, maintenance of teeth, & communicating your concerns with Dr Hopkins. The staff at the desk are so helpful in setting up appointments & navigating insurance claims. Chairside manner of all staff is 10/10 and the staff look like they are all friends. I’m so glad to of found a place where the healthcare professionals seem to be happy and cared for. It 100% shows in the care they give to me and their other patients. Thank you Hopkins Dental!
