The only reason I did not give them 5 stars was because the building is not as nice as others I've been to (it kind of feels like I was transported back to the 80s/90s). Though, the equipment they have seems to be very modern. Otherwise, the Dentist and hygienist were super friendly and seemed to care about my experience/treatment. If you can deal with the building being a little dated, the prices are pretty good. I originally went there to have a crown replaced and their estimate was about $400 less than the prior place I went to. So it is a trade-off I'm willing to make. Overall, I would highly recommend them.

Angela provided great customer service throughout my entire experience. Dr. Dale was professional and warm; Denise was also very pleasant and helpful. They are willing to go the extra mile for even first time patients.

Great dentist and staff, been going for years and when I once had an insurance change and they were no longer covered, I made sure to switch to a different plan just so I could go back to Gladstone Family. Other places have tried to tell me I needed unnecessary dental care ( a new crown). I went back to GFDG - they said no I didn't need that, and it's been like 3 more years and no trouble with that tooth, original crown still working fine.
