Had a very pleasant visit with Image Dentistry. Nichole, the dental assistant, was very friendly and gentle. Dr.Lana is my favorite dentist. There was great bedside manners and everything was easy going and painless. I recommend this dental office to all of my family and friends.

Extremely mean, rude and angry office including doctor and dental assistant. Get very angry and demonstrate unappropriated attitude if you ask any questions about any procedure. My Mom came there for a regular cleaning, and asked for hand cleaning only because of here sensitivity. Dental assistant didn’t want do hand cleaning, screamed at my mom, and said her appointment is canceled. " You came to MY office, so I am making decisions what kind of cleaning you need!!" Then ask her to leave!!! She asked to talk to doctor and they didn’t let her. Doctor didn’t even step in in this situation, she was hiding in another room, but my mom saw "part" of her. When my Mom call me from their office and I spoke do this rude person, I discovered she is not even hygienist! And she was going to do cleaning??? My Mom is 78 years old, very nice, so they don’t even have any respect to the age. Whole office is a big joke. it seems like a lot of violations going on there. I am going to contact kansas Dental board tomorrow.
