The staff was polite and empathetic. Everyone was on time. Dr. Budig is accomplished, professional and friendly. He is very reasonable, and does procedures only after both parties understand the benefits. I went to him expecting to have a root canal; after his examination, he encouraged me to wait to see if my symptoms abated. Refreshing in his honesty. Highly recommended.

Office staff was friendly and helpful on check in. The wait was short. Dr. Assistant Brook was friendly and knowledgeable. She checked on history and asked about current infection and pain management. Dr. Budig was friendly and explained what he saw and options on how to proceed. The root canal was pain free during the procedure and minimal afterward. The week prior to the procedure the office called to let me know insurance taken care of. They also sent an email with a link to complete history, medication and other information online before arriving. Once there all I had to do was sign the consent forms. I would highly recommend Apex Endodontics.

Dr. Budig and his staff were very friendly and made me feel so comfortable before I had the root canal! The procedure itself was fast and painless! It’s amazing how much better a root canal procedure is today! I loved it! Great experience!! No more being scared and nervous!!! Thank You!

Had to get an emergency root canal done at Dr. Budig, he was very professional and courteous with me in explaining the procedure. They were very quick and efficient. I was very impressed with all the staff, especially Brooke for checking on me through the whole process. Dental work is never fun, and these guys made it that much easier on me.
