I was not very happy because I got a broken tooth fixed and capped 2x only to be sent to a root canal dentist only to say this tooth should have been pulled. I paid over 700 to Madison dental get this tooth fixed only to know in the end it needed to be pulled. I feel like this was just a money making thing. And lots of unnecessary pain and suffering for 2 whole weeks. Poor job with getting a crown because I went back 2x because crown kept coming off and I spent over 700 dollars for that! I feel like this was all a rip off!! And will not recommend to anyone!! Dentist you put your teeth in their hands only to keep going back and getting ripped off and full of excuses why this came off and what you need done!!! I ended up having to go else where to get tooth pulled and to get some relief. 🥲 thumbs down Madison dental in Kansas City Mo with Dr Anderson. I wasted money! Tooth need pulled along time ago cause it t had cracked so I got so much nerve pain and infection

I never saw a difference in my tooth color and til this day never have. Paid 400 dollars for what appeared to be- a dental student practicing her her teeth Whitening skills on me. When i set the appointment i specifically said I didn’t want any trays, yet once this treatment was ’complete’ i was told AFTERWARDS that trays were a part of the process- which by the way were not in stock. I had to wait almost a week for them to come in, which I’m sure didn’t help the situation nor the Whitening process either so that was a double pun at my expense as well. Why set up an appointment if the trays that are required were not available?? So i studied alot of videos prior to this so i was already sure early on, this process was going wrong. I also knew when another dental assistant came in to kind of oversee and direct her, that something wasn’t quite right as well. I was under the impression from my numerous calls for clarification before scheduling, that a denTIST would be performing the Whitening process- that proved to be a non truth as well. The second worst part of the whole process was that she didn’t apply that blue protective part correctly to begin with- lackingin some areas and too much coverageof the teeth in others. And last but not least- the WORST part ever was that she got the Whitening gel on my jaw early on, and so much that it burned my inner jaw- preventing me from being able to do any multiple applications. Even on the 2nd run, she got it on the same spot on my jaw again. I had to ask her to let the dentist know what happened, then practically beg for something to treat the newly acquired chemical burn on my jaw. I was then told I could come back a different time to attempt the process again since this dental tech gave me a wound. So i called a few days later about this, and to tell them how I noticed no difference in my tooth color after paying 400 dollars for a botched Whitening. It was at that time i was informed about the whitening trays being a part of the process- AND that they didn’t even have any on hand. Lol (I wish it was funny) this was a whole joke and at my expense- first off because i made it clear from my first call that i wasn’t looking for any Whitening tray process. And 2nd because when my jaw healed and I called back to get the follow up treatment i was promised, everyone had amnesia all of a sudden. Forgot all about the chemical burn to my jaw caused by the novice they had practicing on me. Thanks for nothing Madison🙃
