I called to ask a question about my upcoming surgery. Dr Wint’s receptionist told me to schedule an appointment, "at no charge", to talk to the doctor. I sat down with Dr Wint and expressed my concerns about the proceedure. Dr Wint cancelled my proceedure, despite my willingness to proceed. He spent 5 minutes, in total, talking to me and sent me to the front desk to check out. Upon check out, I was charged an exam fee of $53, and when I told her I was told to come in for free she completely disregarded me. She told me that was the fee and Dr Wint was not willing to waive the fee because "I took his time". I am also a doctor and would never do that to anyone, especially if my staff told the patient it would be free. Horrible business practices, be very leary, especially cash patients!

For a guy who has never liked going to the dentist, Dr. Wint and his entire team has truly been my savior. They will do everything they can to help you and your anxiety while still doing everything that needs to be done to insure you can keep your teeth. They truly are a group that cares and it shows while they are dealing with you being a pain for not wanting to be in dentists chair. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
