DO NOT GO HERE I went in to have my wisdom teeth removed. When I arrived, I was forced to wait for literally 45 minutes after my appointment. After I finally got upstairs, the dentist (who I appreciate very much), told me that my issue has been misdiagnosed. I was referred to an endodontist and was told by both the dentist and the reception desk that I would not be charged for the visit (which is the least they could do considering the ridiculous wait). Months later, I received a letter saying I owed them for the visit. I assumed this was a mistake and attempted to contact the office and never received a response. More recently, I got a phone call asking me to pay an outstanding balance. I explained the situation and the person who called me said they’d transfer me to get it fixed. The person they transferred me to didn’t pick up and I never got a call back. Today, they sent me an email saying my account would be sent to collections if I didn’t pay it. This is ridiculous. The dentist was great and I genuinely appreciate his help but the rest of the business is a complete mess.

My surgery went well, but my dealings with the billing department has been poor. My operation was performed in December 2022 and wasn’t sent to insurance until September 2023. Plaza Facial Surgery had my address wrong and insinuated that I was avoiding paying by bill as I was supposed to know about the bill from my insurance explanation of benefits. While rectifying the issue and trying to confirm my address, they texted it incorrectly initially, communicated it incorrectly again on the phone after I had corrected them, and then after speaking to billing yet again, I was then told a different wrong address. It seems to me they need to work on their organization and get their ducks in a row. Edit: I was contacted again and said I was going to be sent to collections for my zero dollar bill. Funny enough when I was on the phone with the billing department I asked to pay my bill online and was told there was no way to do that but in this text I was given a link to pay online. Very unprofessional and disorganized.

Dr. Prstojevixh is a fantastic surgeon and has a great bedside manner. The nursing team is top-notch. I had sedation for two extractions and bone grafting. It was painless and I couldn’t even remember actually falling asleep...that hasn’t happened with any other surgery I was sedated for. A welcomed change. :) I have another round of bone grafting coming up and I have complete faith in Plaza Facial Surgery to do a remarkable job, again!

The reason I gave a rating of two stars is because I believe dentist is charging me for surgical extractions when these are simple extractions. I know all the teeth that I have to be removed we’re not all surgical. The ones that were surgical, we removed on October 31st. Those were broken teeth pieces of teeth etc. The rest of my teeth are solid but I’m getting dentures so they have to be removed cuz they have spaces and so forth. All I’m saying is that all my teeth were not surgical removals that’s why my bill is so high. Thanks for listening. I asked to speak to the doctor and I’ll see what happens after that. Thank you again.
