Upon setting my appointment back in August/September of 2022, the representative failed to inform me that they were not in network with my dental insurance company. Fast forward to services rendered and completed (check up and cleaning for both myself and my son), I receive a text regarding my bill which has a balance of $512 after insurance has been billed their portion. I called my insurance company to find out why there was so much left unpaid & they informed me that the dental office was not in network. My insurance 100% covers a yearly check up and two yearly cleanings for in network services. Had I been informed that this office was not in network, I would have gladly taken my services elsewhere. Sealants for my child that I was told would be covered at 100%, were not. After speaking with a representative from the office, believe her name was Carol, I was told that I should have known what would and wouldn’t be covered because my benefits are between me and my insurance provider - no accountability whatsoever for what I was told by their office. Misleading regarding in/out of network and misleading to tell a patient that a service would 100% be covered without knowledge of what insurance does and doesn’t cover. $1000 for two check ups and cleanings is OUTRAGEOUS! Do your homework because this office doesn’t have any sense of common courtesy & lacks in customer service.

This is the best dentist you could ever go to. They are so kind and so gentle. And they don’t charge you for things that they don’t do. I so love and appreciate these scales and would recommend them to anyone. And everyone! And I saw another comment that someone did not like the music and it was too loud but I always enjoy the music that you play and I understand some people may not want. It so loud but neverthe less. I like the music I like the people and I like the surroundings.
