I HATE this place!! Absolutely HATE!! I was going there for a couple years to get my braces done. Everytime they messed it up, I would leave the place with wire so long sticking out in the back STABBING me in my face. I was in so much, the very last time I was there I was getting my braces off. One of the lady’s that worked there was VERY disrespectful to me and my Aunt, This woman takes me to the back she’s getting ready to take my braces off and does it REALLY FAST and PINCHES MY CHEEKS!! I had literal tears running down my face, she had put this mirror like metal thing in my mouth and she stuck the big side in and said “open” YOU CAN CLEARLY SEE MY MOUTH DOESNT OPEN THAT WIDE!! She shoves it in and she’s PINCHING MY CHEECK SOOOO HARD I was absolutely raged! I’d recommend NOT going there. The workers are disrespectful and you can NEVER get ahold of them to make an appointment when it’s urgent. You can NOT depend on smile spot. I’m so glad I’m done with braces.

I loved it here. I was greeted wonderfully. Estephanie really went out of her way to help me and answer any question I had, she had such great attitude towards my family and I. Such a great environment to be in overall. I definitely was nervous but Estephanie handled everything perfectly and smoothly got me in and out. WONDERFUL OVER ALL THANK YOU SMILE SPOT!!

The team works great together to help anyone in need. Dr. Grady is incredibly charismatic towards patient care and does not push treatment onto someone who is not needing it. A great and caring atmosphere, I would not go anywhere else and am happy to bring my kids here! Thank you!

Sam Mackey is hands down the best guy to have your child be looked at when it comes to their teeth!!! He is so good to the kids!!! He is so kind to the kids he always makes my child feel safe! He is in the military as well serving our country and making sure to take care of our kids as well thank you so much Sam!!!
