Wish I could give them zero stars. Visited twice and sat in the waiting room for hours with no mask, me and my son. They said nothing. Third time, they say we have to wear mask. I’m all for wearing mask but it shouldn’t be when they feel like they want to enforce the rule. They were very unprofessional about it. They barely answer the phone when you call. The total experience became unpleasant. If you are able to find another dental office, please do.

My family has been going to Kansas City Dental Care for more than 20 years! We absolutely love the staff, dental hygienists, and doctors. Everyone is personable, patient, and flexible with our work and school schedules. Ilene gets "in there" when it comes to cleaning. I actually look forward to my 6 month cleaning so she can make me feel great and put that beautiful bright smile back on my face. I highly recommend this team that has become part of our family!

I’ve been coming to Kansas City Dental Center for over 15 years, and I’ve always had a good experience. That’s saying a lot for someone who gets nervous about coming to the dentist. The office is always clean and the staff polite. All the way from Peggy in the front office to Malcolm in the back. And Dr. Freeland makes you feel comfortable at every visit. Thanks guys keep up the good work.

So I’ve been coming to Kansas City Dental Center for two decades now, and Mae, Dental Assistant Extraordinaire, has been here for as long as I remember. She is always friendly and welcoming, excellent at her job and she delivers it all with a great sense of humor (something often lost at a dentist’s office). Over the years I have moved further from the office, but I continue to go to this office based on their personnel. Did I mention they play the best music while you wait? 😀 If you’re in the area, give them a try.👍🏻👍🏻
