Dentures 2My poor mom has had nothing but problems with this place. It has been several years and they still don’t have her teeth fitting right!!! We were scheduled for an appointment this morning at 8 am, we were there, they were not!!!😡 we left because we were not sitting there for an hour waiting for someone to show up. We have tried calling the office several times and no answer or return call yet!

Horrible. Plan on cheap dentures that break. Steer clear. Go to Aspen Dental. They are professionals. I will be presenting my bill to you to refund the charge 24 hours means 24 hours to fix. I made the appointments and you did not do what you said. It’s not my fault your lab was overbooked. Furthermore, I am not going to waste more time argueing when your solution included rescheduling. Not acceptable. Please return my call.

Theieves and liars, cost me abought $250.00 + 2 days off work for a reline they never proformed (there,s no differance) altogather cost me $950.00. Terrible people, been going there for 20 years, Never going back! Stay Away! P.S. The short haired female office manager is one of the worst people i’ve ever met. There’s a reason people don’t leave you good reviews.

I am currently a patient of wright dental and implants I have been going there since May. For now they get 4 stars but it may change up or down depending on services. I have made several appts they made bad teeth but are supposed to have fixed whatever they did wrong. I am giving them a chance to make it right. I will keep everyone posted as to how my treatment goes so u know if it’s a good deal or not. I have not seen any reviews about people going in and doing the entire process. I already have my teeth removed so all they have to do is give me false teeth that actually look good and then put in implants I’ve already paid 5000 so please Stay tuned I’ll keep u posted every couple months! Thanks. I hope it works out! Was told last week on the day I was to go in for mouth surgery that I needed to pay another 1000 dollars and I was pretty upset cause I paid in advance everything they asked me to pay before the surgery. They charged me 1200 for denture tops and 1200 for the bottoms for immediate dentures and I had to wait a year to even wear them I have a statement from my dentist about how they wouldn’t even fit my mouth. Today is my first appt since I got the final dentures so they can be adjusted. They should have ally paperwork ready to hand to me when I get there. Stay tuned. And the office manager has a answer for everything. We went to 3 stars today if they do what they are supposed to. It will go to 5 stars stay tuned it has been over a year and still no implants or anything and 5000 paid with a set of adjusted dentures to show for it. I’ll keep going to the end with this and keep u all informed.

The office did wonderfully with my bandaid set. My husband got sick and stayed sick for 3 years before passing away. I went after his death and funeral to Wright. And the dumb blonde that thought it was a good idea to wear a black prom dress on their commthey were selling after hours. 🤣 She threw my custom set at me and said she didn’t care that they’d be paid for since day 1. She got my $$$ 3 yrs. before so she didn’t deem it necessary to give me my soft liner. As she tossed them across the desk top. She said " you’re lucky your get’n these after all this time. And I was bring them a customer that they screwed the whole deal up with. He’s toothless today bcuz of their lack of.... Everything
