Husband had some dental work done. We overpaid and can not get anyone to return our calls to get our money back. Also beware because they want to do work that does not need to be done. Get second opinion on major work.

Thank you Alex for all of your assistance! You put out a good vibe! The Doctor was new to me I found her to be nice, she had a good manor about her. Finally I hope your name is Dawn I wanted to remember so I could say thank you very much for the time you spent and listening to me, chewing is much better and it doesn’t hurt like it did I’m sure when the sore spots heal it’ll be great, they feel better in general! 😊

I had been coming to the Dentists of Independence for a few years and things were fine. Yesterday, after my x-ray, the assistant and dentist picked at my teeth and kept talking about how I need to floss my teeth more often (I agree). Then, they suggested I have a deep cleaning at another time. They brought in a young man to explain the prices, kind of like a closer at a car dealership. He informed me it would cost about $1,400. I replied this was a rip-off and was not going to do this. Of course he took umbrage and that ended things. They refunded $30 of my $107. So I wasted a few hours or my time and $77 for nothing (other than an x-ray).
